Is it possible that God, Allah, Budda, etc. are all the same entity? Why do such small details have to tear everyone apart and make everyone hate each other? We all can't be right? And I'd hate to think that my God would only a specific kind of person into the VIP room.

We have a female cat, about 10, and she has rules the roost pretty much all her life. She used to try to adopt all sorts of furry babies, mostly cottontails. Anyway, a couple of years ago, she stopped bringing these babies in.
A couple of days ago, we found two kittens, one male and one female, out in the desert. (I could shoot people for leaving kittens out there where they can find no food and water to die a slow death). They were barely weaned, friendly little things, and the minute they saw our cat, they thought "mommy"... or at least they thought "you look like you would have nipples" (lol) and went straight for her. Problem is, she started hissing and making it clear she is not happy. She keeps her distance, but if they get too close, I have no doubt she will hurt them. We thought she would like having something to adopt, but apparently not. So, any ideas as to how I can smooth things over with the big cat?

Why would any plant or animal want to reproduce more of its kind since this would only make more mouths to feed and decrease the chances of survival? (Does the individual have a drive to survive, or the species? How do you explain this?). This question is from wayofthemaster.com.

I am having a problem with my school, which is cuny. I am under verification from pell, as they claim, but when i called pell I was under no such list. Anyway. I filled out a paper with my family showing how much assets we have. According to our taxes, we make an x amount of income on bank interest. We put in on the sheet that we make an estimate of how much we have. When we turned it in, they claimed we have much much more, no where even near what we really have. Now they are asking for bank statements or else I wont get financial aid. Are they allowed to ask for this? I went to another cuny school before and they asked for no such thing. I spoke to a represenative and they said that each school has its own policy. I tried to fight them but they are not budging. Can I have some advice?

ok a few facts regarding this first.
she is probably only 2-3 years younger than i,
i will not be over or in charge of her - so its not like im her boss
she will only be here for 2 or so months + or -
there is no kind of rules or regs against office relationships etc at my place of work.
ok so.....
i met her yesterday... the person that is her boss brought her into the office and introduced me as the "office........ guy" .. (mentally i was like thanks dick- i actually have more titles than you do) anyway i looked her dead in the eye and told her i prefered office extrodoinare (stupid i know but it made her laugh which is good) they checked out the office for a bit and headed out. as she was leaving she turned back looked me in the eye and said "it was really nice meeting you" which could have been good manners but it seemed a little over the top for the situaltion. i was like "you as well"
so anyway what are your opinions regarding this,
& if its cool how should i proceed

I've been knowing this guy for the last 3 and a half years and we've had a sexual relationship for 3 of those years. And at one point we were together for about 5 months. He's been with his girlfriend for 4 years. Now we decided to get back involved sexually only. So that means no kissing or hugging just freaking. Now he wants to kiss me, hold me, and hug me before and after sex. We still sleep together every week like 4 times a week. I don't want to be with him. We tried and it didn't work, but the sex is great. I know that he wants more, but I don't I just want the sex. I feel that if we start kissing and hugging that it will lead to him having feelings for me again and I don't want to go down that road with him again. I ended it once before and he went crazy calling me, driving by house, and coming up to my school. I don't think he can handle it, but it needs to end. Should I end it now before things get worse?
