what mods should i put on my 94 saturn sc2?

Why bother. It wouldn't be worth it. You'd just be another ricer. What i have seen on a saturn ion that was somewhat worth it was a turbo with a boost regulator and air to water intercooler and a nitrous ported set of heads with bored out injectors.

I wouldn't put any money into that thing. Save up all the money you plan on spending and put it down on a real car.

turbo, intercooler, computer upgrades, intake, and exhaust.... 100+ hp
