Hi there. I have a new medieval fantasy book out that you might like. It has received excellent reviews in the national media and is being considered for a movie deal. The title is THE BLACKGLOOM BOUNTY. It's 445 pages of action, adventure, magic, mystery and mayhem. If you like Conan style books, you'll like this one. If you're looking for a Harry Potter type book, this is not for you.

If you'd like to try it out, I'll send you a FREE, 4 chapter eBook demo if you email me at FiveStarAuthor@aol.com. That way, you can see if you like the story or not without spending a dime. Cool huh?

Good luck, whatever you decide to read!

If you havn't read harry potter READ IT! also the "Dragon Rider" is a fantastic book! (i read most fantasy).. also i liked "Hoot" the book.let me think........."The Hobbit" was a good book and....."BFG" was a GREAT book! alot of Roald Dahl books r good so i recommend him.I also LOVED Alanna The first Andventure. Now if u look for it somewhere it might be put as "Alanna the first adventure" or "The first Andventure" or "song of the lioness" but its worth the looking for! believe me! Another great book is "A castle in the window" but if u dont enjoy piano and midevil times then it might not be that good to u.One more is "The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle" by Avi.its a REALLY good book! now as u can tell i love to read and i hope to write a book but i probbaly wont recommend THAT.hehe well hope u enjoy a couple of these!

Action stories is still a bit vague.

If you wanted to read a "fantasy" novel (Don't worrk this one has no elves dwarves, orcs, and almost no references to magic) George R.R. Martin's "A Game of Thrones" Is probably one of the best works of fiction produced in years. Brilliant and unique characters, different story, and a fair amount of action.

If you want to just turn your brain off and want action read some good military Sci-Fi. David Webers's "On Basalisk Station" is kinda cool. Anything by David Drake has action. Heck anything published by Baen has action.

Anything by Jonathan Kellerman or John Sandford. Kellerman's most recent book is Gone. Sandford's most recent is Dead Watch. Both were very good. And of course, Dan Brown. Angels and Demons is the best of the bunch.

Ken Grimwood's REPLAY. It is light enough to read on the beach or while sitting on the portch, and serious enough to keep you awake at night realizing that you can start your life again at any moment.
