Im from Canada Ontario. Theres nothing out here for me. i like advutre, independed gurl. my carreer isnt here for me. i would like to move to california., but im not quit sure how long it would take be to be able to cross over. and live in the us, can anyone help me out pls. and thank you.

do you agree that the heaviest holiday travel traffics occur closely before or after Christmas Eve?

Hi all,

I live in Los Angeles, CA. I have been an Angelino all my life, and I agree with those who say that L.A. is, for the most part, like a giant suburb. Don't get me wrong, I like Los Angeles, but with the price of housing and living and whatnot, I may be looking for another city to settle in.

I am looking for a city, or somewhere close to a city, that has these qualifications:

1) Decent to good weather (sunshine, not a lot of cold etc.)
2) Medium to very large in population
3) A general sense of civic pride among its people
4) A generally progressive political environment
5) A good university or college nearby

I am sure a place like this exists. I just need help finding it.

I hate winter, I hate the cold, I hate daylight savings and I really hate NJ this time of year. I need to be somewhere nice and warm and I've been considering moving for the past 6 months.
