How do I get Mobile Internet Access?

I live in Maine and will be traveling from Maine to New York (over n over) thru out the winter. Basically will be living in my van if I am able to find an internet solution :)

What can I use for internet access while on the road? I have a 2003 Dell desktop that will be in my van, is that going to work or do I need something newer?

And how the heck does a 'blackberry' get online?

Thank you :)

oh yeah - should add that at times I will be in remote areas, with no coffee shops and all. But understand that if I am in a city type of space I may find access thru businesses, schools and the like?

My husband and I are going to TN in November. We will be in the Nashville area, and have ordered a Visitors Guide. Is there anything we should not miss? What are the best bars, country shows, things to see while we're there?
Thanks!

We are thinking of maybe going to New England or just further north, we are presently in Texas and neither one of us like it here. We moved here from Colorado in February and want to move again next summer we just are not sure where would be a good place to go. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

We are trying to plan a vacation for sometime during the winter break. Since that time of year will be more expensive then we need something affordable but fun. We may possibly be traveling with a 3 year old as well so we would like to have some sort of child care/activity options. We live in Kansas City so flying might be the only option for a real change of scene. We have also considered going on a cruise but that would involve getting passports sometime soon. We have been going back and forth with ideas for months and cannot decide on what sounds best. I though I would see if anyone has suggestions as to what might work best for us. We are looking for something with a lot of activities or sightseeing, a good night life, culture, and (hopefully) some museums or attractions of that sort. We would not rule out camping (somewhere warm obviously) but if we stay in a hotel it should be nice. Beachy locals are a plus, but we would look into anything worthwhile.

My husband and I booked a trip for March. I've always wanted to do the mule ride. They ask if anyone is afraid of heights. I'm not really...as long as I feel "secure." Should I change my plans? If I cancel before they change the price, we get our money back. I'm a photographer, so I may get better photos if we hike. But don't think we can handle hiking all the way down. What other things should we consider about the trip?

I don't know when exactly i will return back home, so will this cause any security issues? remember i don't need a visa or anything, usually an EU citizen can stay in the US only 3 months. ( i do NOT have any special visa or anything like that)Thank you for all of you who answer.
