Panama city,fl?

My family and i are moving to panama city, fl in about a month. I would like to know the neighborhoods to stay away from and the neighborgood that are good for families.

Another question that i have is Child Care. What ones are good and wich ones aren't so good.

Lynn Haven is one of the nices areas as is Callaway,and Springfield.
