We live in Massachusetts and I wanna take my mom somewhere that's drivable distance and that would be fun to do and have many things to do in that area??

How about Newport, Rhode Island. It's beautiful there ...cute little downtown, walk along the water, etc. You can also tour the mansions which is really fun. Plus, it's very relaxing. http://www.newportchamber.com/

spend the day in the spa relaxing and getting pampered, manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, all that good stuff. you'll both feel better and afterwards you will look great and be ready to go out and enjoy the nightlife in the area, maybe a nice dinner or something like that. whatever you decide to do i hope you have fun!

i would have suggested looking online to find a good spa to go to and take her there. or look for a really good shopping area.
