i have been living in the u.s. for over a year now in houston, and i want to know which is the best place to live in the u.s. .

things to consider are how much you get paid(hourly jobs),
is the rent cheap(you could get a nice 1 bedroom here for about $550 ).

I'm not sure where the best place in the world is to live but go with your heart. Maybe you should stay in Texas or maybe you should move.

A lot depends on what type of climate you want and if you like a big city or a small town. Job pay would depend on what type of work you are doing. Rent too would depend on what type of apartment you want. It's a little hard to give you any suggestions with out more information.

California is a beautiful state with plenty to do. But nothing is cheap. You need to make good money to survive there. Washington is great state to live in if you love the outdoors. But it rains a lot. Pay to living ratio isn't too bad. Florida is cheap to live and has lots to do. But in the summer it's very humid and rainy. Don't forget about hurricanes but in Jacksonville Florida they hardly ever see them. I have heard South Carolina is a great place to live. Good Luck and Happy Trails!
