I'm thinking of moving there but after being a Californian for so long, it's hard to tolerate winter as a whole. Is it usually cold around April?

I've been intrigued by the LDS religion for some time (not because I want to join, I just think it's interesting), so naturally I want to see what Utah is like. I'm not sure where all I should go, though. I'd fly into Salt Lake City and visit Provo, and I'd also like to see Ogden. But where else? Should I rent a car and drive around? If so, what other places should I visit to satiate my fascination with Mormonism and Utah?

We are taking a trip to Orlando and when we head back north we would like to stop at or near an island, somewhere peaceful where we can spend family time. We want something on the northern side of florida, either gulf side or atlantic. We would also like to research about islands off of South Carolina or any other surrounding states.

Hello. My brother needs to take a vacation. He hasn't been able to go anywhere because his plans keep falling through with his friends. His friends cannot afford a vacation, but he can. Where would you recommend a single person go on a vacation by him/herself where he/she will have a good time, but be able to relax? Also a place where he/she won't look like a loser for being alone.
My brother has a very stressful job and hasn't had a vacation in 3 years. Please only give real answers. Tell me where you would recommend and why?
Additional details: My brother is 26, straight, college educated and from Indiana. He is also kinda cheap so nothing too extravagant.
Thank you.

Hi, I'm planning on leaving town tomorrow to go to Gold Beach with my family. I've been there before and looked online, but I can only find one hotel in Gold Beach and three in Brookings and I can't remember where we used to stay. I'd like to pay less than $65 a night. There are two adults and one infant. Can anyone help me find a place?

I was wondering if anyone had the same experience as me on a Greyhound 5 yrs. ago. I was traveling with my boys, then ages 8, 5, and 3. The driver wouldn't let us sit together and then she started picking on the 2 that were up front and pulled the bus over and told me to get them under control. Then at the next stop she called the police and told them I made terroristic threats against her. They came on the bus and yelled at me in front of all the passengers. At the next stop she threw me and my kids off the bus and the only reason I was let back on was because the other passengers were angry that she treated me this way and told her she better let me and the kids back on. She had a "talk" with me and told me to shape up. I had done nothing wrong and all the passengers backed me up on this. No one could figure out why she was picking on me. I would love to hear any horror stories like mine.
