I m planning to visit lake tahoe, which is the best view ?, i m in NV, and I am looking if anyone has opinion for crusies on lake ? or parasailing ?

I am going to move soon, faaar away from NC. I need to move to a good place with lots of punk rock, gothic kids around. I heard that there were a lot in the northern states like Michigan etc. I also want to get a husky so i dont want a really hot place but if you could reccomend a state that would be perfect...I would appreciate it, if you have a lot of gothic teens around then please help me out.
