Need to get away this weekend with the kids, ages 11 & 13 any suggestions on things to do in Pennsylvania that doesn't cost any arm and a leg??

Hershey Park is awesome and if you get there after five (or six) you get to go in free for the night with the purchase of the next day's admission...you go, stay at a Hampton or some other reasonably priced place with a pool and breakfast included and it is not an arm and a leg...OR Presque Isle,(in Erie) endless beaches and it doesn't cost to get in. You stay a a reasonable place like I mentioned before and hit a grocery store for picnic lunch stuff, hit a pizza for dinner, hit the Millcreek Mall while you are there, it can be golden. And if you have enough money left there is an amusement park at the entrance to Presque Isle.

I vote knobels grove too! Im originally from near state college and now in nashville.No small family parks here :( Whatever it is you do..be safe and have a great time!

i live in pennsylvania and my daughter, husband, and i always enjoyed going to knoebles grove in elysburg, pa free parking and rides are pretty cheap
