There is a Eustis, Florida. Central Florida. Near Mt. Dora. Never heard of Houston. Hope that helped.

After checking Answers.com, List of Cities in Florida and List of Towns and Villages in Florida at the links below, I was unable to find any listing for Houston. So I think the answer is "no". Sorry!
