i get e-mails from nigeria, canada, and england promising me millions of dollars won in various lotteries! i know they are frauds and tell them so? is anyone that dumb to let these frauds get into your bank accounts?

I will be studying in London here soon and I'm doing research on small hole in the wall places to eat, tour, look around, etc. to save as much money as possible but still get a great exp.

35 yr black male, I'm trying to visit all four in one 8 day trip, looking for a dirt cheap airfare and great hotel with dirt cheap price. I want to go dancing to some funk/disco/hip hop/reggae and neo-soul/r&b, meet a beautiful woman, go record shopping for old school funk, see the sites and meet great people to return to.
