I can understand they want to look pretty, beautyful and sexy and to attract guys attention but in freezing temperature when even one jacket is not enough how can u expect someone walking almost naked for all the above said reason dont u think its somesthing like craziness or obsession about sex. I really cant understand it.

I live over the water and I think that we get the best view and we didn't pay anything towards its cost. It does look lovely lit up at night but I often wonder what the residents of Portsmouth feel about it. What do you think - I haven't been up it yet because there is always a queue when I go over to Gunwharf

Can anyone tell me what the bus services are like in North Devon? We're hoping to go there in a few months and want to visit a few places whilst there.

I intent to travel to London from 10-13 feb.

This involves a weekend. I am staying only in Zone1.

Would it be cheaper to buy for day tickets (note there are off peak), top up the oyster card, or buy a 7 day ticket.

If topping up the oyster card would be cheaper,by how much should I top it?

Heading to London and UK for 4 weeks in March and April.

Can anyone suggest free things to do (or cheap things), the must-see things, great places to eat that are also cheap.

Family planning to drive to italy for holiday this year but have never driven in europe before. what route from uk do people recommend? Needs to be the easiest drive possible for a driver not used to driving on other side of the road. Also, want to hire a people carrier to do this in, any cheap websites people can recommend?

See the logos at the bottom. We either have no flag or the stars & strips depending on how you read it.

I've heard a lot of negative things, but I was told to disregard them because they came from "snotty southeners". Apparently, there's a major class division over there. I am planning a study abroad at Leeds University, so I just want to know what I'd be getting into.
