I can understand they want to look pretty, beautyful and sexy and to attract guys attention but in freezing temperature when even one jacket is not enough how can u expect someone walking almost naked for all the above said reason dont u think its somesthing like craziness or obsession about sex. I really cant understand it.

A couple of years ago, I was at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. It was freezing and windy.
I say a girl there, shivering on the verge of hypothermia. She was wearing a tank top, one of those super short pleated skirts and knee-high ugg boots.
I later heard she froze to death. But she looked good while doing it.

It feels good to try and look good. Besides, the cold is always temporary, you warm up later. I have started wearing nice, but flat boots on slippery/icy/snowy days instead of my heels so that I don't find myself sprawled out in the parking lot. lol :)

Yeah.. the want to feel sexy.. I heard someone asked a girl about it, and the girl said that 'they're cold', but have been accustomed to it. Just put it that they're fashion slave. They'll do anything for fashion.
