I live over the water and I think that we get the best view and we didn't pay anything towards its cost. It does look lovely lit up at night but I often wonder what the residents of Portsmouth feel about it. What do you think - I haven't been up it yet because there is always a queue when I go over to Gunwharf

Bit of a blot on the landscpe when you have to look over the harbour from Portsdown Hill, it went well over budget, was very late being completed and parts still don't work properly ( not to mention the poor concrete that was used)
I would have thought it would be better to have constructed a 'Milennium Bridge' across from Gosport to Portsmouth to try to relieve the horrendous traffic congestion.

I'm not from Portsmouth but i have seen it from the M27 and it is a gorgeous building but you would not get me ever to go up there. I'm too afraid of heights.
