If you are talking about the game against Bolton at the weekend the Man City supporters where not boycotting their team, but the prices that Bolton are charging away fans at the Reebok stadium.

I am not sure about the prices, but Bolton charge away fans a lot more for seats in the stadium than they charge Bolton fans. Because of segregation away fans are not allowed to buy seats anywhere else in the stadium, and this has cause a lot of anger with many visiting fans.

Good on city fans for not letting themselves be ripped of like this.

They're not boycotting the team.

A lot of city fans boycotted the away match at Bolton on Saturday because Bolton increased the price of tickets for away fans for this match knowing that there was a strong local following.

My hubby's a season ticket holder at City and he's not mentioned a boycott. Perhaps their website forum might have more info. www.mcfc.co.uk
