Attached is a map of night buses between Trafalgar Square and north west London, which is what I am guessing you meant by 'Middlesex'. By rule, I think central London is also technically in Middlesex.

Flippant answer: No, as Middlesex ceased to exist in 1974.

More useful answer: You don't say whereabouts in Ruislip you want to get to, but the short answer is no. If you miss the last Metropolitan Line train from Baker Street at 00:43 (00:20 on Sunday night/Monday morning), you have to wait 'til around 3 or 4am for the first buses heading out that way.

Transport for London http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/ will know if there are nightbuses as you are the under TfL transport area.
