For standard shipping, Amazon recommends Media Mail for books. But since it's my first time preparing a package, I'm wondering how I'm supposed to go about this. I've looked through the USPS site, but came up with practically nothing but a headache.

I am going to be traveling from New Orleans to Vancouver tomorrow, which will be a loooong flight. I was wondering what I should wear. I want to be stylish but practical and comfortable. I was thinking about maybe two layered tanks, jeans and wedge sandals. Is this too much? I am in my late 20s if that helps.

I am traveling to Vancouver next week, and I saw that the temps will be in the high 60s during the day. Since I am from the south US, I am so not used to this type of weather in the summer. I am going to bring long sleeve shirts and such, but what type of shoes should I bring? Is it too cold to wear open toe shoes?
