Me and wife will be in Amsterdam in late October. Where should we go to have some fun? Are there massage parlours? Dont mind her having sensual massage also. Do strip joints a;lso have male performers? Is it wise for her to dress sexy?

While in the Amsterdam area during Juliy of 2002, I heard a song played on the radio as I was videotaping scenery from a travel coach. My video camera picked up part of the song. I have been trying to find out any info on the song for quite some time now (lyrics, band info, song title) but can't find a thing.
If you think you can help out, I have posted a sample of the song at:

http://www.geocities.com/irishcoast/songhelp.html

The sample plays in the background once the page is open. The quality is pretty poor and the sample is only about 20 seconds but I think people with great musical knowledge may be able to help me retrieve some sort of info about the song.

If you have ANY info on this song please respond to this message. Your help would be great!

Is it really all about lush grassy fields and big wooden windmills, and beautiful blond women wearing clogs? I have no idea, so please fill me in on the truth. It is part of the Netherlands, right?

I would like to know where I can find information about Amsterdam. My friend and I have to do a university project where we have to propose Amsterdam as the host city for the next Olympics.
We need info such as sport stadiums, transportation, hotels, museums, weather, crime rate, etc.
We have already found a lot of info, but would like to know if there is someone out there with a few website names we might have missed.
Thanks a lot.

I am thinking about spending my Christmas in Amsterdam this year and I was just wondering what it is like over the Christmas period. Are there any big events / parties on? Is anywhere open Christmas day to get a decent Christmas meal / go for a nice Christmas smoke?

Any other info or tips you have on Christmas in Amsterdam would also be greatly appreciated.

I came to Holland in Sept 2003, and since then have had to renew a student visa every year. However, since 2004 I never got issued an ID card anymore. I did pay for my visa every year, though, and got a sticker in my passport (like a temporary verblijfsvergunning) to indicate that I've been staying in the country legally.

My visa expired 1 Sept 2006. I'm leaving in 3 wks and according to the Immigratie & NaturalisatieDienst that's fine, but since I'm leaving through Brussels I need to apply for a transit visa at Brussels airport. The last time I had a sticker in my passport was in Feb 2006--a Schengen pass that's valid until May 2006. My ID card (verblijfsvergunning) never got sent, so I have no proof that I'm staying here legally. I can't even buy a Schengen sticker for my passport from the IND. I don't wanna get in trouble in Brussels. What should I do??

I want to see the flower fields, windmills and Delft. While biking would be great, it looks to be too far to see it all. Are trains a possibility? Or do I have to rent a car? If I rent a car, will driving and parking within Amsterdam be difficult?
