rapid= snel
response= antwoord
Force= kracht
but these are surely not the words you look for, i'm sorry i don't know exactly what you mean with R.R.P, if you give some more explanation, i might ressolve. (i'm dutch)

snelle reactie eenheid is probably what we would translate rapid responce force as, litterally it means rapid reaction unit... the dutch like to use small words ;)

edit... Interventie is intervention and intervention is NOT response... sorry M
