I will live in a hotel nearby that town for 3 days conference and meeting, i need a shop to buy some cuban or dominican cigars for myself during the period of staying.

If you want TOP quality, there's a store in the center of The Hague (about half an hour from the center of Zoetermeer) in the Molenstraat... I can't think of the name right now but it will come to me... they have a special moisture and temperature regulated storage facility and an enormous assortment of the very finest.... I'll post the name and phone number later, I'm going past it later today I think...
edit... thanks ponylover! Isn't that place nice? The first time I went into their backroom I was just amazed :)

It's in a very nice part of town for sight seeing, shopping and dining, too (Hofkwartier).
That store has the usual assortment of Cohiba, Bolivar, etc.
I stop by there sometimes myself for cheap Cuban cigars.
