try www.telefoongids.nl . Now in the green part you find people, the red part is for finding companies. In the green part 'wie' means 'who', fill in the name. "waar" means where. There you type Utrecht. (be sure to use the correct spelling).
If you get too much hits. Watch the left part of the page. You can fill in 'voorletters' (eg J.P. Jansen, you would fill in J.P.) You can also fill in 'Straatnaam' (which means 'street') But this is only possible if you have an idea about the streetname (a few first letters)
Click on 'zoek', means search.
