I just moved to Canada from the States and observed that food prices are a bit higher. The question I have is what is up with the milk prices. In the States its no more than $2.49 a gallon and here its over $5.00 for the same amount. Why is that? Does anyone know? Just curious.

This is going to sound like an ignorant and ethnocentric question, but please bear with me!

I am going to Canada next week, specifically Vancouver. I intend to spend as much time as possible in the casinos playing poker.

Do Canadian casinos take American dollars? Can I readily exchange dollars for Canadian, if so where? Would I be better off simply using an ATM and pulling out Canadian? Should I exchange my money before I go?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, everyone. I am a Canadian living in the States. Does anybody know this urgent Canadaian Birthcertificate service in Toronto? The company's name is Immigroup Immigration service, and they have a website http://www.immigroup.com/default.asp and also http://www.canadianbirthcertificate.com/,
I need an urgent service to get my son's Canadian birthcertificate and they charge $313.94 plus courier fee.
Is this a trustworthy company?

Thanks for your input.
