I came from India to the US on a visiting visa. I would also like to visit Canada. I plan to go by car. Will there be any problem at the border or do I need to get a visa to enter Canada.

As a citizen of India, you need to get a Canadian visa. Canada doesn't care if you have a US visa or not, we wont hold it against you. But double check your American visa to make sure it allows multiple entries if you plan on going back to the US before you head back to India.

If you are already in the US, you can contact a Canadian Embassy or Consulate. Most of the information is on-line to get you started.

No you are not. Each nation is independent it the application of its laws. Besides they don't share information as to who has been deported/banned from each one. Even form the US you have been banned most likely for a number of years after which you would qualify again to apply for another visa. What I would recommend is that you comply the country's laws and stay the assignated time. you can always file a petition for stay extension. If denied go back to your country and come again but do not let your visa expire, that is a BIG mistake and shows no respect for the country that has opened the oportunity for you to visit. After some time you can always explore other opportunities and even find a sponsor. Good luck

If you are visiting Canada from the USA by car you will need a photo ID (such as a drivers license) or a passport.
