How many days regular mail takes from USA to Canada?

5 to 7 days for regular mail between U.S. and Canada is very normal; more if from greater distances than that.

My parents were down in Texas for the winter and they would send me mail and it would get to me in about 5 days. If I sent them something from here it would take about 2 weeks to get to them.
