I am traveling to Bangkok and taking a train to Rayong with a travel time of 10 days. I have prepaid for my hotel and flight. I want to know approx. how much $ to take for spending money, site seeing, and food?
I don't need to be extravagant. I want to keep it simple, yet enjoy the culture.

I have a friend that lives in Japan. We write letters back and forth, but it would be so nice (and easier) if we could just email each other. However, I've tried sending her emails. She knows my email address and has sent me an email that says she simply cannot receive any of my emails. Yet, I receive hers just fine. Do any of you know how we can fix this problem? Is it something on her end or mine? It would be SO MUCH easier if we could email each other instead of having to wait for the regular mail. I would REALLY appreciate any help I could get.
