From Manila if you will be at that exit point.,,you will belanding in Hongkong International Aiport.,from there you can take a coach and it will be muc cheaper.,tell the info receptionist to guide where to buy tickets going to Shenzhen(they all know this word"Louhu" thats the last station or the boundary going to China)., After you take the train you will be at Lohu station and that is Shenzhen already.,.,.,You can also try to take the AirPhils.,they have flight Manila to Shenzhen twice a week.,.

You can get a bus to Shenzen from the airport, but you want to go to Lok Ma Chau border crossing not Lowu.
Alternatively, get a train from the airport to Kowloon Tong MTR (you will have to change trains to get on the Green line), then catch the train to the lowu border from there.

There are 3 customes between Shenzhen and Hongkong.
If you wannna go to She kou, take ferry. fare depends. time and class.
If you wanna go to Luo hu (Lowu. in Cantonese), go to Hongkong city and take KCR train. maybe take 70-90min.
If you wanna go Huang gang, take a bus. only HK$150-170. around 1 hour.

take the train/subway to the main station in hk, then catch the train to shenzhen...make sure you have a chinese visa to enter mainland china from hk.

i remember when i travelled in h.k. we also went to shenzen, we went to a train-like station then for about 20 to 30 min. you're on your way to shenzen.... but before u go to shenzen, you need your passport coz there's the border of hongkong / shenzen
