Basics 1-10:
nung, song, sam, cee, ha, hok, jet, bad, gow, sip.

10-20:
sip-et, sip-song, sip-sam, sip-cee... yee-sip

30-100 in tens:
sam-sip, cee-cip, ha-cip ... nung roi

100-1000 in hundreds:
nung-roi, song-roi, sam-roi... nung pan

So that continues in that pattern with thousands. For the big numbers:

Thousand: pan
Ten thousand: muan (ex: 11, 123 = nung muan, nung pan, nung roi, yee-sip sam)
Hundred thousand: san
million: lan
billion: pan-lan (thousand million)

You can do fast or slow. But do you seriously want to count to 10 billion? There is no billion in Thai in the first place.
