Roy = hundred
Phan = thousand
Meurn = ten thousand
Saen = hundred thousand
Lan = million

Too many to fit in here. Best to get a Thai language guide from a bookshop and learn before going.

hello/goodbye= Sa-wat-dee ("ka" for female, or "kop" for male)

one= noung
two= song
three= saam
four= see
five= haa
six= hok
seven= jet
eight= baat
nine= gow
ten= sip

kop-khun ("ka" for female, "kop" for male)

please= "ka" for female, "kop" for male)

here= tee-nee

The "ka" or "kop" is a politness word, you use ka or kop based on YOUR sex, not the sex of the person you are talking to. For instance, I always say "ka", men always say "kop"

Also, you know that the words I gave are only pronunciation guides. Thai is a different alphabet.

Good luck
