For example, dancing, music or shows somewhere we can relax in the evenings and have a drink and enjoy wind down time with the kids after being to the parks all day.

I'm 23yrs old and planning on moving out to Oregon within a few months but I'm not sure what area would suit me best. I'm looking for a scenic area that has good whether - I don't mind cool whether and a little rain, but nothing too cold/hot or with too much rain. I'd also like an area that isn't too over populated but still allows me to bike to my job (which I'll look for once I have a place in mind). I'm introverted so I'm not concerned with parties or bars, bur rather I prefer good food, music, books, sports, and small company. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

My daughter is currently at a home-schooling project set up by an American International school in South Korea, because she couldn't adapt to the language barrier at the Korean school. She will pass the Grade 6 in a couple of months and go on to Middle School level. When we eventually go back to South Africa, will she be allowed to apply for any courses at any university in South Africa. I've already asked an Education official and he said it would be ok if she was to go school there. How about university? Do you guys think she would be allowed? Because we intend to stay on a couple of years longer.

What the hell does that mean?! My friend's plane tickets were destroyed. He went to the airport to talk to them about it, and to ask if he might could somehow get a replacement ticket (after all, his information was still in the system), and whoever he talked to said something about "no devolutions" and refused to give him another ticket.

This doesn't seem right to me...What do you think? What might they mean by "no devolutions"?
