Is dry heat worse? Have had people say it is like a furnace, an open fire, unbearable, but then, others can't stand the humidity saying that it saps your energy. We live in Sydney near Liverpool and it gets very hot here but are looking to move west a bit for financial reasons (no mortgage) but I am worried about the 'dry heat'. I have low blood pressure and low blood sugar so the heat really knocks me. We looked around Urunga, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour which are supposed to be one of the mildest places for summer and winter, not as much temperature variation as majority of areas but it is just toooo far north from Sydney and family. All answers appreciated. Thank you, Jan.

It is my first flight and I know nothing if customs. Origonaly, I was going to buy chocolate as a gift to my family and friends. It's cheap and light weight. However, I was told that you cannot bring food over. I will be flying into Paris and BAck to the US out of Italy. Can I bring chocolate back since it's factory sealed? Is there a quantity issue? Please help!

So Irish people must be of Gaelic native ancestry, cnt be same as saxons danes etc as England, their way of life is different , they tend to be united , jst everything about them is different so i cant understand when people say they are just as same as rest of British.

I heard that it was an unsafe place to visit for a while - why was this? Was it violent protests against the government and if so, why was this?

She and myself are trying to muster as many folk as possibe that may be interested in a good old party night out for us Y! people... they do it in the States...apparently myspace does them too, so why not have one here in the UK? we have a loose plan and are trying to see how many of you would be interested???

to pre-answer the most obvious questions...

the location would most probably be central london, in a bar/club etc... where ID could be checked prior to entry to ensure everybody's over 18 (sorry folks under 18, but you'll have to organise your own if you want one)

weirdo's are in every bar or club you go to anyway... thus if you don't talk to them normally, this shouldn't be any different...

so.... how about it? would YOU attend?

Going on a trip to Mauritius from Heathrow airport, but making a trip to France and back to Heathrow before my trip. Don't feel like dragging snorkeling and summer stuff with me to France, is there any lockers at Heathrow airport where I can leave my stuff for a few days, and grab it just before we go down south?

Thanks
