I assume you mean Roswell, GA not Roswell, NM. About 45-75 minutes. Traffic nearly always sucks. 400 south is most direct but it is a toll road.

time travel as in which zapping yourself to another time and space?? if so you take as fast as a sec. and as long as FOREVER depending on how fast u could zap yourself. well, good luck and if you get lost just go back where u came from.
