I have cross-country skiing coming up, and it may very well be the most demanding sport out there. I want to know supplements or anything that I could use to keep my endurance and energy up, or anything that will help in an physically demanding sport.

I am a female 5'5 and 140 ibs. I am looking at a board that is 133 cm. I have looked at size charts for boards and should get one that is around 140-150 cm. But i am not finding any boards on ebay with a good price at this size. Is it very important to meet your size requirment?

If you are an Olympic Skiier, and you wipe out and your skis fly off and you slide down the mountain....is there a designated person to pick up your skis? Or do you have to walk up the hill and get them yourself?

I've been getting into backcountry a lot lately and am thinking of getting one to make some of the hiking a bit easier on the flats. Are they worth it. Do they work well as a board? Pros/cons?

I am buying one of the charger sixtyones from a family friend for $50 w/bindings....so i'm pretty siked. But, i was wondering if anyone has any info on the board, because i can't find any online. I am an intermediate border, and plan to go on a few jumps and a few park areas but not a real extreme park or jump. I also plan to just ride with it. So my question is: Does this board suit wat i need?
And one other thing, I live in St.Louis so i only go snowboarding 1-3 times a year, but i'm goin to colarado for a snowboard trip. So if you know how it rides in the rockies and the Wisconsin areas that would be very helpful too. Thanx
