You're not very specific. Im assuming you're saying winter and summer olypics. It's very expensive for olypics for transport, venue maintenance and etc. That's why they occur every 4 years. Seasonal olympics will be too busy and expensive. Olympics are sensational events and if they were on every season, then we will get quite bored and Olympics won't be so important anymore. Still I dont really understand your question, so my answer is just a stab.
