I like the style of the compact polymer where the barrel lines up with the frame instead of extending over, but I want to get it in 10mm which they don't make for that model. Is it possible to do this or am I just going to have to stick it out with a different model?

My boyfriend obtained a flintlock rifle while in Afganistan. It has mother of pearl inlayed all over it. It also has a lion imprinted in above the trigger. It has the front sight on it and I dont use the scope that it came with because with the scope I was getting groups of 3 inch without I get groups of .5 inch. I need a way to remove the sight. When I looked at the crown I seen a piece of metal on one side of the crown.

I read in "American Gun and Hunter" magazine that the Bald Eagle population is now at 10,000, and that when it gets to 15,000 (est. 5-7 years) that there is a proposal to make available 1000 tags, by lottery, for the eagles. The states with the highest eagle populations would be allocated the most tags. Hunters would be allowed to hunt with center-fire rifles, shotguns, or archery equipment. The article pointed out that this would make it legal for any American to possess eagle feathers. As it stands now only American Indians can possess eagle feathers. Many hunters think that a Bald Eagle would make a beautiful trophy, but many disagree.

Is it possible to have a stainless steel revolver such as S&W model 619 blued? The only finish available was and still is SS but I prefer the look of blue . Would it be possible to use one those cold blue kits or would it need to be done by a pro with a hot blue method?

I've heard that you can use rubbing alcohol to remove finger prints from your gun. I have a Baby Eagle 9mm that I bought from Sportsmans Warehouse and it seems that they don't take too well care of their guns as it had smeer marks and fingerprints on the slide, also a couple of scratches. Does rubbing alcohol actually work and if so will it harm my pistol? If not than what will remove the fingerprints from my slide?
