do you think skydiving is safe?

alot of peaple say they will never try it because it is too dangerous

yes, i have done over 5000 jumps and i have never had any trouble, and even if you do, you can just pull your reserve.

A lot of people won't try it because they're scared of heights, jumping off of things, airplanes flying with the doors open, relying on a giant umbrella of cloth to keep them alive, deployed by some mysterious mechanism that has the potential to fail... It's a very unusual and unnatural things to do, and for many people it's seen as an unnecessary risk. I'd like to try it for the thrill, and yet I don't really want to.

There is an element of danger in any sport, including sky diving, make sure when you start this colorful sport to get the best instructions you can.

whos to say wot is and isnt safe...smokings bad for your health but millions upon millions do it..you could get run over as you cross the road later you dont no,your ment to be safe in your own home but i could answer the door later to a knife weilding pysco..never say never!!! nothing in this world is 100 percent safe but people will always take the risk xx

Thats just like people always telling be how dangerous climbing is. statistically they are both very safe sports. you're more likely to get hurt driving your car or something.

i would try it but not in the closest town to me because they have skydiving there and the parachutes or known not to open until you're about 10 ft away from the ground

Yes, until you jump out and neither the main or reserve shoot opens properly for some reason.

It like walking into traffic, you can dodge most of it, but not always all of it.
