When I hear about people like Helen McArthur or Kelly Holmes I think to myself, 'well done and all that.' But I also think, 'Oh, just fukc off!' Their decent wholesomeness and respectability really winds me up. Anyone else - feel free to vent a bit of spleen and have a good old rant.

their necks? - like black velvet/silk bands. I know its sounds sort of creepy but I'd like to get my wife some. It does it for me, so it'ill do something for her.

Have a great weekend.

ok, so i been seeing a personal trainer for 3months, he's really nice, but lately i've been bored, i was watching another trainer with a client and i thought wow, my trainer doesnt do that!

He doesnt email me like he said he would, he doesnt follow up on goals he says we will, he forgets what he says we will do the next week, he forgets we have an appointment, and is late every week, he was on time once, and i was shocked!

It makes me feel like my time is not important and drives me mad that he can't even be on time! So today, he was 10minutes late, AGAIN, i cracked the shits big time and told him bout it!

You'd think for $46.50 an hour, they'd be on time, and more professional. This girl was telling me bout the other trainer, how mean he is and i was envious!

I got some free sessions so i can get in the Army. I'varranged to do 3 sessions with the new trainer, i am thinking, if it goes well, i'll keep seeing him and stop seeing my trainer.

What should i do?

im not a pro at running but i have been doing it for about 2 weeks daily at the town track. i run 1 and a half miles daily and am escalating every half week or when i feel comfortable enough to do so. I feel like i am getting bored at the track and want to have a new place to run. In my town, there is a straightaway for about 11 miles and it is very flat and newly paved. But, i dont want to run on this because i hear that running on anyting but a track is bad for your knees. Is this ok if i run in a wood trail or on the grass or on the pavement?

I am wondering what is the best brand/type of running shoe out there for someone with a medium arch and slightly wide foot. I have Nike Shox, but they aren't very comfortable. I heard that New Balance is really good. Thanks for the advice!! :)
