Well im really big into running for my freshman year in highschool i ran crosscountry indoor and outdoor track but when outdoor track ended i stoped running for about 2 months i started up again in july but it was really hard for me since i had not ran in sometime so i just did 3 miles everyday pretty much since now i was wondering if this was a smart idea and start my real training when crosscountry begins or should i have really been trainnig over the summer?

Chess is 100% most definitely a sport, so I think crossword puzzles should be too. Probably reading the comics in the paper as well.

In the world class sprints I only see blacks racing in the sprints. It seems the ratio of caucasion to backs is very disproportionate on a world wide bases. Don't people in Europe and Australia like to compete in track. Is it just me seeing it this way?
