ive been training not good results any good trainging tips

Do a lot of leg excercises...like tip toes and squats.

ever heard the phrase "lean and mean"? watever anyway for the most part it just takes time. dont expect the become ripped in a month. it takes patience. just stay consistant with exercise and it will happen eventually
things that help
1.biking
2.running, jogging, ect.
3.it might help to get involved in some sports such as soccer, football, and other running sports

If you're a guy, go on MetRx. My brother in law is a body builder...then do lots of squats, bike, etc...leg exercises.
If you're a girl, count your blessings, they will fill out eventually.

running is a good start
so is cycling but it's best when you practice with the bike in heavy gear
squatting with weights is also very good
