If you are getting goose bumps, you are probably stressed by the heat. You need to get into the shade, get your body temperature down, and rehydrate.
As far as diarrhea, you may be lactose or gluten intolerant.
With lactose intolerance, undigested lactose (sugar in milk) causes irritation in the small intestine resulting in diarrhea. You can get over the counter pills to alleviate that condition.
Gluten intolerance requires diet changes.
Dehydration is more likely to cause constipation than diarrhea.

Smitten Kitten is right. You probably got dehydrated and that's why you had those symptoms. Also depending on what you ate earlier in the day or the day before could have contributed. Your body breaks food down faster with exercise especially if it is strenuous. But that wouldn't account for cold flashes.

Ive found that after running a really hard race like a marthon, I'm more likely to get a cold or a virus.
cold flashes and diarrhea could mean you are dehydrated. drink lots of water / gatorade. lay down and take it easy.

When I was in HS and running Cross Country one time I ran so good that when I crossed the finish line I threw up and then fainted. I ended up waking up 2 hrs later in the emergency room.I got "run of the year" for that one. But we still lost, what a drag.

Yes, I have gotten sick from running. I have also gotten sick from any strenuous activity, if I do too much of it. Nausea, and vomiting are the two main things that happen to me. Also Dizziness, light headed, and I feel very hot.

ah, "the trots", runners' dirty little secret.
Sadly, diarrhea does happen time to time to runners. It is a combination of factors, most importently your hydration. Make sure you maintain water levels, espicially in the heat.
