I need some training plans, insights, and overall help with everything.

Don't do the same thing everyday. Mix it up. Such as long distance one day, then hills one day. Also make sure they work on their finishing kicks (very important). You can also do stuff like find an area that would be about a 400 to 800 meter run and start out the slowest person first giving them a head start and then the next and so on. So that the fastest person can work to get to his usual spot and the slowest can try to keep up front. Good Luck. God Bless!
