Football (American) - September 2007

I am almost not kidding, there are two many older fans that are obsessed with beating traffic rather than winning the game. I honestly wanted to yell at them as they filed out of the stadium with over 9 minutes to go. It seems that only the younger people are devoted anymore.

We have the best stadium, and our fans ned to do their part to help us win.

To be fair, the crowd forced two timeouts by Apalachian State that allowed Michigan to win the game (although they did not uphold their end of the bargain), but people were leaving all throughout the 4th.

If you are I don't blame you. You go ahead and laugh because you watch us. We aren't going to lose one more game this season which means the Big Ten is ours. Sure the national championship is out of the picture but the rose bowl is still right there.

Hopefully this will be a wake up call to the players and also a wake up call to Loyd Carr. He needs to go!

the lions have a good offense vs raiders good defense! the raiders have a terrible O line that might lose them the game. the lions are better than raiders on the O line and the D line i think that will win the game for them..

Obviously the loss to Cal hurt them, but i still see alot of talent in there team. If they step up their game, i can still see them going undefeated (maybe 1 more loss) and making it to a BCS Bowl game

What happend to one of College Football's greatest traditions?, they haven't had a Heisman Trophy winner in a while, they keep opening up the season with a loss, just like this year for the 15th time, they haven't won a National Championship in almost 20 years, & why do so many people hate Notre Dame?, why are there so many USC fans?, I'm sure most USC fans are just being part of the band-wagon, because I remember the days when USC did not have Pete Carroll as Head Coach yet, & nobody even bothered talking about USC, anyway, back to the question, why hasn't Notre Dame been recruiting good players like they used to?, overall, what happend to College Football's most storied program?

The defense was put in too many bad situations in the first quarter and still held them to field goals and blocked one kick. They have a couple good running backs, but I think he needs to pick two, start Aldridge, and put number 5 as the change of pace guy. Start Sharpley at quarterback, Clausen isn't ready yet, he stares down his receivers. And get some bigger WR's in there, they have some on the roster. They had some midgets out there. Rework the offensive line. Keep a tight end in to block. He was trying to throw bombs when they were blitzing everybody. Weis got outcoached in that one.
