Dallas Cowboys - They are stacked on Defense the additions of Ken Hamlin and Anthony Spencer they will be attacking teams unmercifully. Tony Romo is going into his second season as the starter and he is more confident T.O. is healthy. Julius Jones and Barber are running harder than ever. this is my team from the NFC
New England - Tom Brady is a leader and all he knows how to do is win games he finally has weapons Randy Moss will have a comeback season the addition of Stallworth. Maroney is a beast. This is my team from the AFC

Top Notch AFC: Chargers, Patriots, Broncos, and the Steelers.
Notable mention: The Colts and Ravens aren't top notch to me for the sole fact that they've simply lost too much, and in the Ravens case they never had any offense to begin with. With the schedule getting even tougher, that defense can't carry them alone.
Top Notch NFC: Let's get one thing straight, the NFC is at the same level as college football, that's how much it sucks. If anyone, it's the Cowboys.

AFC - The Patriots, because they have a great coaching staff, talent at all positions, and are rich in team chemistry.
NFC - Wide open, but if I have to chose one, I'd say the Saints, because they have a great offense, I think the defense has impoved slightly from last season, good special teams, also a great coaching staff. Not as much personel turn over as the Cowboys (coaching staff) or the Bears (feature running back, defensive cordinator)

AFC- Dolphins, Ted Ginn will carry the team on his back being better than devin hester and winning the rookie of the year
NFC- Saints, With the best rushing attack in the NFL and best offense in the NFC with and acceptable Defense they will own everybody
