Hi i'm 12, sometimes, I see my friend doing a bunny hop and I ask him how to do that, but he never explains clearly. So can you please tell me how to bunny hop a bike? Also, lists some sites if you can, thanks. Oh, and my bike weighs 35 to 36 pounds, so please tell me if thats heavy or light.

I have a spare tire with a 7-speed cassette, but I want to put an 8-speed cassette on it with a set of 'slick' tires for pavement. Can I just toss an 8-cog cassette on, or do I need to replace the hub (I know you can put a 7 speed cassette on an 8-speed hub by adding spacers, but I wasn't sure if the reverse was true or not). Thanks!

ive lived in that world so heres how it goes with test 21 days on 10 days off do the cycle for 3 months to have any affect so how could someone that had 8 tests during the tdf and come up neg allof a sudden after the race which he won be pos this by the way from a lab which had 3 people busted in the past for tampering

Obviously, there's a high profile case right now, but cyclists are smart enough to know that if they get caught, bad things will happen. How is testing conducted? Are random riders tested on random stages (thus making it a game of odds) or do all riders know when they're going to get tested? Also, are all riders tested? It seems to me that the performance enhancing benefits of steroid use are longer term, so it's unlikely that a rider would take steroids for a specific stage, and therefore they would be subsceptible to getting caught throughout the entire race.

My wife has never ridden a bicycle in her life, but would like to learn. In the country she is from, it is not common to own a bike. I don't really have a clue how to teach her. If any of you have learned as an adult or have taught another adult how to ride, I'd be glad to hear your experiences.

What performance enhancing drugs could he have taken? All the articles about it say that he had illegally high testosterone, and synthetic testosterone. But they never say why that is illegal, and what drugs he could have taken to produce those numbers.

I'm looking to buy a Trek 4300 with a 22.5" frame and 26" tires but I wouldn't mind finding something used. Is there a place on the Internet that sells used bikes or REALLY good deals on new bikes?

I'm looking at a '06 4300 at a local bike shop and they are asking $369.00 for it - should I just get that one?

I ask this as a conscerned Barbadian. We have a top world rated cyclist that has tested positive for the same thing as Landis. He was stripped of his medals, he had tested negative before and after that failed test. No one shouted frame then ???? The world governing bodies are not French, they include Americans and other non French nationals on their boards. These bodies include the drug testing agencies such as WADA which by the way have the majority of their labs in "where" America. Ever wonder why positive tests such as Gatlins come out way after the fact ? Maybe you guys should think about that before you go thinking conspiracy !!!

im wondering what brand would be best if i was to buy one...cheap but not crappy...im looking for like under $300
i really want the 47cm trek 1000 i found on sale for $639 but thats still a bit above my price range

another option would be to fix up an old (from like the 80s) centurion road bike...its a 50cm...so its a ittle big but if i got new handlebars and a new saddle that would work pretty well...and only cost me about $100. i dont know how important it is to have a small enough frame...but i think i could manage having a 50cm

anyone have an idea of which option would be better??

I live about 5 miles from my place of work and I'm considering biking to work. Im not a very avid biker at all.

So, I was wondering if this is too long a distance to bike?

I understand that testosterone is only a useful steriod to enhance training, not to give a one day lift in performance. If this is this case, Floyd must have been taking it for some period of time before the race. If so, why didn't the earlier tests he did show the elevated levels?
