Triathlete Magazine has a olympic distance training program that they have detailed in their mag, they detail a few weeks of training each issue. Go to your local library and try to find it there, it has been in the 2006 issues.

Or, you could go to the bookstore and find some books on triathlon training and lift a few training programs out of the books you find.

Join a cycling/tri club, you will absolutely LOVE it!!!
