Who do you think will win the Vuelta (Tour of Spain)?

I think Vinokourov and Kashechkin are 2 of the contenders

Vino- because he is wants something to win if his team would stop doping.
Valverde- Cuz hes spanish and freaking good, plus perriro already had his performance and possible win in the tour
Sastre- if they dont decide to go for Jullich and he has anything left in him

Not too educated in the Vuelta but look for these guys and others looking for revenge on the tour like Jullich and Hincapie. Once i know who the team leaders are, i can say who will do good.
