I've been watching a lot of boxing and I can't figure out how a man can take a punch to the jaw and still stand, because if I so much as tap my jaw with my fist it hurts a lot. Do men have more muscle or fat layering on their jaw to take the punch? How do they train themselves not to be effected by the pain? Thanks.

I know Duran is an all time great but Shane was pretty darn good at lightweight. Your thoughts please?

I want to see some fights (famous or not) that go the distance with each fighter giving it 200%, preferably as brawlers...this is the sort of thing I like, with two men fighting through adversity, injury and fatigue surving on gut alone.

Kind of like a real-life version of the fight at the end of Rocky.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I remember Loyld Honeygan and James Warring having quick K0 victorys many years ago, im not sure what the exact times were but i would imagine in both fights it was well under a minute. Does anyone know if either of these were the fastest K0s or if there have been any faster world title knockouts in recent years?.
