I recently saw the fight of Jorge Arce and he is just brutal and relentless... it would be great to see him and the pacman on the ring... what do you think?

I think this question is more of a "pound-for-pound" equation since these fighters belong to different weight classes with a fifteen-pound gap. Although Manny started his career at 108 like Arce, we all know that he now fights in the 130-lb division. At his age and the way his body has matured, it's impossible for Pacquiao to go down to 115 lbs., where Arce is presently campaigning. That means, if we are to match these guys realistically, it's Arce who has to move up to 130. If that happens, all of Arce's perceived advantages such as speed and quickness will be lost for sure. He may pack-in some power with the additional poundages, but Manny is equally, if not more powerful at the superfeatherweight division. Besides, Pacquiao usually comes in about 10 pounds heavier by fight time so he'll definitely have huge advantage in size and strength. It's like pitting Pacquiao against Floyd Mayweather. There will be an endless debate on who's the better pound-for-pound fighter, but if they're pitted against each other in an actual fight, it'll be a mismatch.

I wouldn't like to see this. Pacquiao is far too big and far too strong for Arce.

If Pacquiao bashed Barrera up in 2001, and is a better boxer (and stronger) now, he would obliterate Arce. If these 2 just stood toe to toe and traded, Arce would get knocked down three or four times, and blown out in 2 rounds.

Not gonna happen....Pacquiao fights at 130 lbs which is quite a bit north of the 115lb weight that Arce fights at. Pacquiao is just too big..

I thought Arce was fighting at like 110lbs. he would have to move up 20 lbs to fight pacquiao. then he would get walked on by the naturally bigger fighter.
