I would imagine Wlad is the best, but if Vitali does make his return, then he will be.
Perhaps a battle between Vit and Sam Peter would sort out who is the top Heavyweight. Would be a good fight as well.
But if Vitali does come back and Wlad is still champion...don't expect anyone to be made Undistuted champ. The Klitschko brothers vowed never to fight each other, so if both brothers have versions of the world title...no undisputed champ.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt YES!!!!!! it doesn't even matter witch one your speaking of. the two of them are about to clean up the division. then they will both retire. they will never fight each other so we can't hope for that. Vitaly is probably the stronger of the two with the best chin and heart, Wladimer is the better boxer by far. people cry for Sam Peter, but he had a chance vs Wladimer and got a trip behind the wood shed. he was given credit for 3 knockdowns, but I only saw 1. another was a push and the last was an illegal blow to the back of the head. Then Klitchko got up and spanked Peter (LoL) almost knocking him out in the 11th. Hands down they are the best now.

On the surface it appears so, but in the ring anything can happen. HIs little brother beat Samuel Peters (barely) and it doesn't look like any of the current belt holders are at his level.
The blogbaba wouldn't bet against him.

Wladimir is the best right now, especially with his wins over Brock, Byrd, and Peter. I still consider him Glass Jaw though
